Fall Leaf Management

Richardson Service Group, we don’t treat leaf season as a one-time rush job.

We manage leaves throughout the fall to prevent heavy buildup and finish with a professional final cleanup once the season is complete.

This system keeps lawns healthier, reduces mess, and avoids last-minute cleanups.

HOW THE LEAF PROGRAM WORKS

 🍃 Leaf Maintenance (Included for Maintenance Customers)

Active mowing and maintenance customers automatically receive leaf maintenance visits during leaf season.

These visits are designed to keep your property manageable while leaves are actively falling.

Leaf maintenance visits include:

  • Blowing leaves off turf and hard surfaces
  • Mulching leaves where possible
  • Preventing heavy buildup throughout the season

Leaf maintenance visits are preventative in nature and do not include hauling or detailed perfection.

GUTTER CLEANING (1-STORY HOMES ONLY)

GUTTER CLEANING

Gutter cleaning is available as a seasonal add-on service for one-story homes only.

This service is typically scheduled during or after leaf season to help prevent clogs, overflow, and water issues heading into winter.

Gutter cleaning includes:

  • Removal of leaves and debris from accessible one-story gutters
  • Clearing of downspout openings
  • On-site debris disposal

FINAL LEAF CLEANUP

 Once the majority of leaves have fallen, we schedule a final leaf cleanup to close out the season.

This visit is designed to give your property a finished, professional look heading into winter.

Final leaf cleanup includes:

  • Thorough blowing and mulching
  • Cleanup of turf and common accumulation areas
  • Piling or removal as needed based on property conditions

Final cleanups are scheduled strategically based on weather and leaf drop — not rushed — to ensure quality results.
